National High School Dance Festival

Tiffanie’s commercial style heels class is heavily influenced by mainstream music and video pop culture designed to sharpen performance technique, movement quality, lines and shapes, core strength, and musicality. Class will incorporate a short warm-up without heels/shoes to focus on core strengthening to then move across the floor with heels/shoes with progressions. This class encourages dancers to bring their own individual style and personality to the movements. (Heels are encouraged)
