Chryssie Whitehead's Lyrical Dance class will focus on storytelling and sweeping movements. The class will begin with a warm-up including across the floor progressions in a cross between jazz and ballet and culminate in a lyrical dance combination. Dancers are encouraged to emote and be vulnerable when dancing this style.
