Limon-Based Modern Technique (Int.)

Students will use their physical understanding of gravity, spatial awareness, rhythm, energy and line to advance their movement practice. Floor-work, center combinations and traveling combinations will challenge the dancers’ limits of strength, endurance, flexibility and stamina. This work is valuable for students who are interested in Limon/Humphrey technique, Release techniques and improving their floor work.
